It is so easy to get wrapped up in what the world says working women should look like. But more weight is lifted off my shoulders as I read each chapter in this book being reminded of what work really matters. Many books encourage you to live a life for God, but don't tell you how. This book boils so many of the top lessons I have heard them teach (and my own notes from them!) into one concise book. What I love about their writing and teaching style is the combination of truth + love. Michelle and Somer never back down from biblical truths we need to hear, but they always are portrayed with sincere hearts to help women draw nearer to Jesus. In fact, it is a book that breathes the life of truth straight into your heart and soul. It challenged me, but in such a good way. I don't desire to live my life how the world tells me I should, but when you are a busy wife and mom with a million balls in the air, it is easy to auto-pilot right into worldly responses and priorities. This book gives us a check-in, and encouragement to reframe and come back to the center - reassess and respond with Jesus as our center.
